Requirements
To design two 605m2 office blocks, the first bespoke design was for the client’s use, while the second would deliver the flexibility required for a speculative lease.
Outcomes
Delivered to the client’s requirements, and to meet a very good BREEAM rating, the first bespoke office block integrated the desired corporate look and feel. The second offered the infrastructure necessary to attract tenants.
As we were commissioning two office blocks, we wanted to understand how
the bespoke elements could look. BIM and 3d modelling, which demonstrated the final look and feel, helped us to achieve this.
