Attention to detail is always a priority for MWA; we know how important this is to our residential customers. Taking guidance from each individual and developer, which could include using natural materials and taking influence from the local surroundings, we deliver properties with personality and character.

Creating homes has been part of our services for over 40 years, our portfolio of properties includes four, five and six-bedroomed detached homes and residential developments that feature executive properties.

Flying Horse Farm, was a redundant agricultural complex on green belt land, it has now been sympathetically restored to create four high-end properties, designed for contemporary living.

Mazebrook Farm Barn had been on quite a journey! From change of use and conversion to permission to demolish and develop a new build – this road map was reflective of changes in ownership and the evolution of the local area.

From securing the land to obtaining planning permission following an appeal, there were plenty of highs with this residential build for a five bedroomed forever home.
