St. Thomas À Becket

Utilising former recreational space, St Thomas à Becket school, in Wakefield, required an energy-efficient, multifunctional sports hall.

OUTCOME

Maximising every available inch of space, the multifunctional facility incorporates a mezzanine level that boasts a fully equipped gym and a viewing gallery. A classroom, changing rooms and unisex toilets also feature.

The sports hall at St Thomas à Becket, in Wakefield, was designed to maximise space; our goal was to create a flexible environment for a range of sporting activities. It's an exciting addition to the school, which is also widely used by the local Wakefield community.
