Planning Approved for Nine Residential Homes In Cleckheaton.

Successful Application

Planning for nine residential properties and a garage block at 296 – 298 Whitechapel Road in Cleckheaton has been approved following a successful application submitted by Martin Walsh Architectural (MWA).

Working on behalf of Michael Graves, the development comprises of two to four-bedroomed semi-detached and terraced homes, which will provide much-needed housing stock for the local area.

Individual Designs

To accommodate the design, one outbuilding will be demolished before the land is developed. Each property will consist of designated parking spaces, electric charging points and integrated cycle stores. Solar panels will also be integrated to support the development’s sustainability.

Marcus Walsh, Director at MWA, commented:

“The proposed development on Whitechapel Road will create much-needed homes locally. It will significantly improve the site while delivering a small community that will complement the area.”
