Key Features

Blackshaw Holdings obtained a five acre greenfield site in 2000. MWA were commissioned to obtain an outline planning approval for the site to achieve B1 and B2 status. The first project was to design a new, two storey office and warehouse for Parkhouse Healthcare, the footprint of which totalled 54,000 ft2. The office facade was designed with a bespoke glass system to allow natural ventilation to the open plan office. All services and infrastructures had to be co-ordinated and delivered to site to ensure the end users completion date was achieved. The project was delivered under budget at a figure of £1.7million.
