Key Features

A new build three storey, 54 bed care home for residential and EMI nursing care in traditional construction. The site of a previously occupied, council operated 1960's building, the client brief necessitated construction to be completed before the existing building could be decommissioned. Key health and safety management issues arose from continued occupation, adjacent land use and facilitating safe access to the same. A design build project, the practice also carried out the CDM role.
