MWA Take the Spoils at the Examiner Awards

Last week we dusted off our dickie bows, dinner suits and ball gowns as we headed to the John Smiths Stadium to celebrate the great and good of Kirklees business at this year’s Examiner Awards.

But we weren’t just cheering from the side-lines! This year we’d been shortlisted within the Creative Impact category and are really proud to say that we did indeed take home this prestigious accolade.

As a company whose heritage is well rooted in the Kirklees district, to be nominated was a great privilege. This award also recognised companies that deliver services which make a positive impact on client’s businesses, so it really was a tribute that we were very, very proud to receive.

Having already been announced as Regional Winners at this year’s LABC West Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards and shortlisted at the Yorkshire and Humber Construction Excellence Awards in the Project of the Year category, we can now add another trophy to our cabinet.

This was a fantastic result for the whole team. Having the Examiner Awards judging panel recognise the work we do and the impact it has on our client’s businesses has certainly given us all a renewed sense of focus as we look to build further on our achievements in the remainder of this year and beyond.

We strive to create buildings that work harder and always go the extra mile for clients and it’s times like this that we know all our hard work is worth it.

Well done everyone, a fantastic achievement for a great team.
